Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using NastySMS. By creating an account or purchasing virtual numbers, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility (18+ Requirement)
By registering an account, depositing funds, or purchasing numbers on NastySMS, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
2. Nature of Service (OTP Verification Only)
NastySMS provides temporary virtual and non-VoIP phone numbers intended STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR RECEIVING INCOMING SMS VERIFICATION CODES (ONE-TIME PASSWORDS / OTPs).
- Numbers are temporary and valid for a single activation window (typically 15 to 20 minutes).
- Numbers cannot be used to make voice calls, send outbound SMS, or receive financial banking authorization calls.
- Once an order is completed, cancelled, or expired, access to the number is relinquished and cannot be re-activated.
3. Strict Prohibition of Illegal & Fraudulent Activities
You expressly agree that you will NOT use NastySMS virtual numbers for:
- Financial fraud, identity theft, impersonation, phishing, or financial scams (419 / advance-fee scams).
- Bypassing legal bans, sanctions, or engaging in harassment, spamming, or extortion.
- Registering accounts to propagate malware, ransomware, or cyberattacks.
- Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
4. Account Termination & Right to Ban Abusive Users
NastySMS reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to immediately suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any user account that:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent or abusive activities.
- Attempts to manipulate wallet balances, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or abuse automated tools.
- Submits fraudulent deposit claims or fabricated payment proof.
Accounts terminated for fraud or policy violations will forfeit all remaining wallet balances without right to refund.
5. Third-Party Brand Disclaimer (No Affiliation)
NastySMS is an independent VoIP and SMS verification reseller marketplace.
NastySMS is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Telegram FZ-LLC, Google LLC, Tinder, OpenAI, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
All product and company names, trademarks, logos, and registered trademarks displayed on this site are property of their respective holders. Their use does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
6. Wallet Deposits & Automated Refunds
- Wallet Deposits: Wallet funds are credited upon verified receipt of manual bank transfer to our designated PalmPay account.
- Automated Refund Guarantee: If an ordered virtual number fails to receive an SMS verification code within the validity period, the full purchase amount in Naira (₦) is automatically refunded back to your NastySMS wallet balance.
7. Governing Law (Federal Republic of Nigeria)
These Terms & Conditions, your use of the website, and all disputes arising out of or related to NastySMS shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the LAWS OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
